We believe in complete transparency when it comes to pricing your house clearance. All of our advertised rates fully include the labour, loading, and responsible disposal of your items. To give you a helpful point of reference, an average skip holds just under 5 cubic metres!
The starting prices detailed below are a great guide for estimating smaller jobs. However, if you require a full property clearance or have a highly labour-intensive project, we will provide a custom, individual quote. This ensures you only ever pay for the exact volume and labour your specific job requires.

If you feel the junk you have to clear will equate to less than a quarter load please don’t hesitate to call us. We can send somebody around to take a look with a view to carrying out the clearance there and then! Our minimum charge is £95 + VAT.
